Join our team as a sales assistant and delve into the world of TV & Film distribution. You will be the first person of contact to a diverse executive sales team, helping with coordination of deals, preparation of comprehensive rights reports and helping with major industry events preparation. Don’t worry if you don’t have previous industry experience, we are looking for personalities, and train the skills.


  • Maintenance of rights availability documents (Excel, Comet (training provided))
  • Preparation of comprehensive rights availability reports (Excel, Comet (training provided))
  • Preparation of product presentations to support sales team pitches
  • Preparation of Deal Memos
  • Doing ad-hoc industry research – reading and compiling information on various films, tv shows and series including relevant cast, budgets, press.
  • Personal assistant duties such as booking cars, flights and meetings for executives of the sales team.
  • Helping with preparation for major Film & TV events: Cannes Film Festival, MIPTV, MIPCOM, NATPE, Berlin Film Festival, Toronto Film Festival, L.A. Screenings etc.

- This includes booking meetings for sales executives

- Managing group schedules

- Meeting notes preparation

You will be working under supervision of several sales executives and will have to adapt to their individual requirements, however you will be directly responding to your line manager who will be assigned later. This is likely to be EVP or SVP of Sales & Distribution.



(Full-time, 4-6 weeks)

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Interns to work in our London office to assist sales, marketing and distribution. Whilst working in these departments, some administrative assistance will be required, including receptionist work (a good time to read our library of scripts!).

Hours are 9.30am to 5:30pm.
