NOTHING LIKE A DAME is a unique celebration of the lives and careers of four of Britain’s most iconic actresses: Dame Eileen Atkins (CRANFORD, THE CROWN), Dame Judi Dench (SHAKESPEARE IN LOVE, PHILOMENA), Dame Joan Plowright (ENCHANTED APRIL, STALIN), and Dame Maggie Smith (DOWNTON ABBEY, GOSFORD PARK). Directed by Roger Michell (MY COUSIN RACHEL, NOTTING HILL) and produced by Emmy®, Peabody, and RTS Award winner Sally Angel (NIGHT WILL FALL) and Karen Steyn (THE UNFORGETTABLES, LOOKING FOR AUDREY). Sally Angel and Debbie Manners Executive Produce for Field Day and Anthony Wall for the BBC.

Sixty years ago, seismic changes ripped through the cultural establishment, and together with music and fashion, British theatre underwent an explosion of creativity and talent. Right at the heart of the action were four young actresses: Dame Eileen Atkins, Dame Judi Dench, Dame Joan Plowright and Dame Maggie Smith. Over a weekend, these four old friends and icons of film, TV, and stage share over seven decades’ worth of insights and revelations, looking back at their days as bright young things and pondering their status as the Dames they’ve become today. The film also includes a range of astonishing, archive material. Candid, funny, caustic, irreverent, poignant and utterly engrossing, this unmissable release is proof that there is truly nothing like a Dame.

Director Roger Michell said: “My ambition for the film was to capture these amazing iconic women – talking, gossiping, reminiscing, reflecting, cursing, loving, praising and laughing. I wanted to feel like we’re eavesdropping, that nothing’s been rehearsed and to provide a glimpse of their extraordinary lives, past and present and their obvious affection for each other.”

Directed by Brendan J. Byrne (BOBBY SANDS: 66 DAYS), ONE MILLION AMERICAN DREAMS follows four families trying to reconcile themselves with the stories of loved ones who ended up in a cheap pine coffin at the bottom of a New York Hart Island trench. ‘If you can make it there, you’ll make it anywhere’, is the confident declaration in one of the world’s most famous anthems. But behind the magnificence of the Big Apple and its promise of the American Dream are just as many stories of those who didn’t make it. Less than 16 miles from Manhattan lies Hart Island cemetery, the final resting place on the often-tragic journey of over one million of New York’s unclaimed dead. Featuring narration from Academy Award®-winner Sam Rockwell, One Million American Dreams is a Fine Point Films Production.

In THE LAST ANIMALS, director Kate Brooks turns her lens from the war zones she is used to covering to a new kind of genocide – the killing of African elephants and rhinos – in this sweeping and sobering exposé of an underreported crisis. As the single-digit population of Northern White Rhinoceros ticks closer to zero, Brooks outlines the myriad factors contributing to the current epidemic of highly effective poaching and trafficking syndicates, drawing startling connections between the illegal wildlife trade, drug cartels, international terrorism and border security. But all is not yet lost – at the same time, Brooks documents the heroic efforts of conservationists, park rangers, and scientists to protect these animals in the face of seemingly insurmountable odds. The documentary is an Atlas Films and Foxtail Entertainment Production.

DEALT, winner of the SXSW Audience Award for best documentary feature, is the inspiring story of sixty-two year-old Richard Turner who is renowned as one of the world’s greatest card magicians, yet he is completely blind. In this powerful documentary, Richard traces his journey from his troubled childhood, when he began losing his vision, to present day as he relentlessly pursues perfection while struggling with the reality that his biggest weakness might also be his greatest strength. DEALT is directed and written by Luke Korem with writer Bradley Jackson; a Keep On Running Pictures and Ralph Smyth Entertainment production.

DEMON HOUSE is an American documentary horror film directed by Zak Bagans, the world’s leading paranormal investigator, starring himself, Father Mike Maginot, Dr. Barry Taff and Captain Charles Austin as themselves while Zak documents the most authenticated case of demonic possession in American history: the Ammons haunting case. The film follows Zak Bagans who purchases the house in which the alleged Ammons hauntings occurred. Bagans investigates the house where he comes face to face with a critical situation where lives are left in jeopardy. Michael Dorsey and Joseph Taglieri produced the film. Zak is the creator, director, executive producer and star of America’s #1 paranormal TV show; Travel Channel’s smash hit Ghost Adventures.

BACHMAN, directed by John Barnard (MENORCA), is the story of rock icon Randy Bachman, the founder of Bachman Turner Overdrive which, in 1974, was one of the biggest bands in the world with classics like Takin’ Care of Business and You Ain’t Seen Nothing Yet. Bachman’s career has spanned more than ?ve decades earning him over 120 platinum, gold and silver records and he is one of the few legendary musical artists to reach #1 in two separate bands – his singularly focused goal of creating music has taken him from spectacular highs to crushing lows and back again.

In addition to these six new titles, KEW Media Group’s impressive international slate includes the thriller PERFECT SKIN starring Richard Brake, the flamboyant murder mystery comedy BEES MAKE HONEY starring Alice Eve; the comedy AN ACTOR PREPARES starring Jeremy Irons and Jack Huston; the elevated sci-fi film ‘2067’ from Seth Larney; the sci-fi mystery ORIGIN UNKNOWN starring Katee Sackhoff and Sci-Fi epic feature HIGHER POWER.
